Nstructs is built from first-hand experience across every major layer of baseball from professional playing to MLB scouting and evaluation, and years spent seeing how players are assessed, developed, and advanced through the amateur and college landscape. That perspective comes from being inside the process, understanding how decisions are actually made, and seeing how development, evaluation, and opportunity intersect over time.

Will Scott founded Nstructs with one mission: to help athletes build baseball careers on and off the field. A 3x MLB draft selection, Will signed with the San Diego Padres in 2010 and played professionally from 2010 - 2016. After his playing career, he worked in player development with the Milwaukee Brewers and later served as an Area Scout for the San Diego Padres, giving him a unique perspective on what separates athletes who reach the next level from those who do not.
Today, Will helps athletes, families, and organizations navigate every stage of the baseball journey through performance development, player evaluations, recruiting strategy, and career consulting. He earned his bachelor's degree from Kennesaw State University and a Master of Legal Studies from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, combining firsthand baseball experience with education in the business and legal side of sports. His philosophy is simple: development creates opportunity, and great careers are built with purpose both on and off the field.
Whether you're an athlete looking for direction or an organization looking to strengthen your development system, every partnership begins with a conversation.
